Q: Are your shoes authentic?

A: All items are Factory Variants and custom altered. These items are made in unreleased and unique colors, and are not sold anywhere else and have never been released. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.

Q: Do I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?

A: Yes, once your details are confirmed we will acknowledge your order by email.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: We are unable to amend your order, however, it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to ship. Please send us emails to inform that. Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 15 days to return your item for a full refund.
 

Q: What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

A: For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.


Q: How can I get my order shipped to a different address than my billing address? 

A : We strongly recommend and prefer that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. We may require you to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes be shipped to a different address, however, we still require the correct, matching address for your credit card in addition to the shipping information. If you need to make arrangements for shipping to a different address, please send us an email to ask for assistance. 
 

Q: How long will it take to delivery?

A : Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 1-2 work days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. USPS is the main shipping method we use to deliver goods, and it normally takes 7-10 work days, the slow shipping method normally takes 7-15 work days.

Q: What happens if I am out when you deliver?

A : If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier/carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact post office in the details to check package status and send us emails to inform that.If, however, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you. Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.

 

Q: How do I track my order ?

A : There are two ways to check the status of your order. First, you can send us an email to track your order current status. But we recommend using the website's order tracking system located at Pickbestshoes.com, this system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Simply type in your unique tracking reference number which we shall send in confirmation email to check the current status of your order.

 

 Q: What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

A: All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in shipping. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
