What if the shipment is lost or missing in the customs?
A:In this case, a replacement shipment will be offered. All shipment are insured before shipping.
How can I make a return for a refund or exchange?
A:Please send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. In order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense within 7 working and provide a tracking number.
What if I'm not satisfied?
